  Went to collect my Yodel package. Their collection time on Yodel said 10pm and the store itself closes at 10pm. I arrived at 9:50pm and they were already pressuring customers to leave ASAP. They refused to give my package to me and said that they are closing. They very rudely said "You must come at 9:30pm, cannot pick up package after 9:30pm" After explaining that the time they posted on Yodel for collection was 10pm they became ruder and ushered me out of the store

  Really poor for a convenience store. Quite often they leave stock on the shelves for months, by the time you purchase the items are usually stale. A classic example of this was some French Toast I purchased last year. There is also a real lack in variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, again what they have on display is often going manky. Given the proprietors are of Asian origin, it is surprising they do not stock more Asian produce especially given the large Asian community in the area. For me if I have to spend more than a few pounds I will take a slightly longer trek to Tesco's or Sainsbury's convenience stores. Pricing is also way off the mark. I don't get some of the other commentators suggesting the prices are cheap!
